Reaching 40, I wanted to get fit and ultimately feel better about myself, but big gyms intimidated me. Fuel fitness has me wanting to exercise and who knew that I would actually enjoy it!

A Lovely Place To Train
When I first joined fuel I thought there was no way I could hold my body weight with my arms let alone do a pull up but week by week I got a little closer!
I went from sticking to lifting 5kg to quickly finding this was way too light, my strength and fitness has never been better as the workouts are never the same so always offer up new challenges to your body. Grace is a great trainer and really promotes positivity and encouragement in everything she does which makes fuel a lovely place to train.

Was The Best Thing I Ever Did
I started using Fuel Fitness a while ago and straight away felt part of a strong and caring family. The workouts are fun but push you to do your best. There is a lot of wider support too, such as checking on diet, how we're feeling etc which definitely shows a personal touch that other gyms don't offer.
I did have a break for a bit and coming back (a lot heavier) was honestly the best thing I ever did as I gradually and healthily achieved a weight I'd never thought I'd see again. This was a year ago and have managed to keep the same level of fitness since then luckily, but I'd say it's mostly down to enjoying the fun and varied workouts and thanks to the support we get in looking after our bodies.
